This Photo Emulsion Remover powder can be mixed with water. 
 
Select the amount you want to make, either: 
250ml , 500ml or 1 Litre (1000ml) of Stencil/ Emulsion Remover solution. 
 
Technical Data Instructions for use:
 
1.  Mix with your chosen amount (250, 500 or 1000ml) of water, which gives a 2% strong solution designed for rapid removal of stencils
2. Ensure screen is cleaned of ink residue 
3. Rinse with water, apply stencil remover to both sides of screen and leave for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY
4. Rinse off thoroughly with water, preferably under pressure
5. For old stencils, repeat the procedure
